ok, i got promoted. i'm now a manager. yeah. what now?! *panic!* i can hardly manage my own life, much more a team? how do i do this? what did they see in me? what were they thinking?! how does one become a manager?
congrats on being a manager, all the places I've ever worked, I am told that I am "manager material"...but that responsibility has never appealed to me in the least. I love telling people what to do, and organizing things, but if it were to become my official title, I think it would probably lose it's appeal.
